Holiday dates and inset days are clearly visible, and a customisable sticker pack comes with every calendar.

For every calendar at £15, you get £6 for your school.
If you sell more than 100 then you make £7 per calendar, i.e. £700 of clear profit - with no upfront costs and no admin involved.

How it works

  • We provide several calendar designs - you select the one that best suits your school.

  • Fill in our super-simple form with your key event and term dates.

  • Any events with TBC dates can be added to your bespoke sticker pack.

  • We supply you with a customised mock-up plus images and sample messages that you can use to share with parents via email, WhatsApp, or your usual communication channels.

  • You can either manage payments through your existing system or parents can use our secure checkout page.

  • To boost sales you can also request a sample calendar to display in your school or at an event.

  • Once your selling window closes we print your calendars and deliver them direct to your school within 6-7 working days.

FAQs

  • Nothing! The project is completely free to the school. There are no upfront costs.

    The calendars cost £15 each and families place their orders and pay online.

  • If you choose your design and let us know your dates (via our form that takes no more than 4 mins to complete) you can be set up and selling your calendar in 7 days time.

    We recommend a selling window of around 10 days.

    So if you want your calendars delivered to parents in time for the Christmas holidays think about your selling window ending around 5th/6th December 2024.

  • There are two options:

    We can set up a payment page for you so parents can order their calendars online via our secure checkout.

    We then send you £6 for every calendar ordered, or if you have over 100 orders we send you £7 for every calendar ordered.

    OR

    If you have a payment system you are happy to use you can collect payments and then we will invoice you for the cost of printing your orders - you’ll still get to keep £6 per order or £7 per order for over 100 calendars.

  • You set the deadline for when your order book closes.

    We print the calendars after that date and will deliver them direct to your school within 6-7 working days.

    For 2025 calendars you must have all your orders in by Friday 6th December if you want them delivered to school by Monday 16th December.

  • Yes! All you need is your term dates. You will also get a sticker pack with your calendar so you can add stickers which say ‘inset day’ or ‘sports day’ and these can be added by families/children once the dates are confirmed.
    So you don’t have to have all your dates printed on the calendar. Your stickers can be bespoke to your school too.

  • Yes, that is no problem. We take a fixed cost per calendar and the rest is yours.

    £15 is our suggested retail price but you are welcome to charge more or less for your calendars. To keep it simple our cost per calendar + stickers stays the same no matter what you charge.

  • Our minimum order quantity for our standard rate is 10 orders.

    If you generate 10 orders, we give your PTA £60 and send the orders to your school.

    If you are a very small school or you think you won’t reach a minimum order level then please contact us about our small volume rates.

    We can fulfil any number of orders and you can still generate income for your PTA from just 5 orders.

  • How much you make depends on your school size and the number of orders you can generate.

    Most schools can easily generate 50 orders but if you ensure all the school knows about the project and can get 100 orders you will make £700 for your PTA.

    We give you the messages and images you will need to promote your calendars so that all your parents can easily find out about the project.

    If you use your normal channels to make sure all parents know about your school calendar then your project will be profitable!

    A final reminder message/whatsapp/email on the last day parents can order always drives a good chunk of sales!

  • This isn’t something we are offering at the moment, but we might look at adding it in the future. You can have your school’s name added to the calendar within the style.
